If you are selling his courses and wondering if you can legally do so, you can't. This is because the work featured in his courses has been written down by Johnathan Mercedes prior to it being featured in any podcasts, radio shows, and etc. He was the original copyright holder, and his original work / transcribed thoughts have now been transfered FOR THE FIRST TIME to Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC through the U.S. copyright office. As per legal council provided by our copyright lawyer, the person who has registered the work with the U.S. copyright office first, holds all rights in perpetuity, no matter where and how the work was featured prior to that.
