No-shows are not be eligible for any type of refund or cancellation. If you missed attending the LIVE course, you will not get a refund or have an opportunity for an exchange. LIVE Class Cancellation Policy

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our scheduled LIVE program, Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC, tribalknowledgeacademy.org, Johnathan Mercedes, and Dawn Treader and our employees / affiliates reserve the right to cancel any LIVE course before the start of the class. A Tribal Knowledge Academy representative will notify students of cancellation via e-mail, and will reschedule for another date. Students will then be eligible for a refund (apart from the transfer fees). Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC, tribalknowledgeacademy.org, Johnathan Mercedes, and Dawn Treader will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the course.

Technological Malfunction

In the event that a technological malfunction causes the course to not get recorded, no refund will be issued, as long as the course gets hosted to completion. In such a case, the course instructor would have fulfilled his / her hosting duties. We are selling a LIVE classroom experience / a seat to the LIVE course. The hard copy (recording) you get to keep is a bonus feature of the LIVE experience that we give to clients as a complimentary gift.
If you purchase a seat to the LIVE course, and cannot attend for whatever reason, you will not get a refund as we have a strict zero refund policy on courses. This is because there are only so many seats available per Zoom session. You buying a seat, means that someone else (potentially) can't attend the LIVE classroom due to limited seating. It's the same as buying a concert ticket, there are only so many seats available for sale, so the strict no-refund policy has to be in place for this reason. If you couldn't attend the LIVE course for whatever reason AND a technological malfunction happened that prevents us from recording the course, no refund will be issued as what you are purchasing is the LIVE experience, and not the actual recording itself. Live Stream Gets Cut / Interrupted

If the course gets interrupted during mid-streaming, or something prevents it from being finished out, we will reschedule and notify you via email. It is our responsibility to reschedule if such an event happens, and make sure that the course gets presented to the point of completion. No refund will be issued, as long as we reschedule and successfully fulfill hosting the course. If we are unable to reschedule, we will issue a refund (apart from any transfer fees incurred).

LIVE Course Is Prevented From Taking Place

If a health or weather emergency (such as a hurricane, power outage, or flood) prevents a scheduled LIVE course from taking place, we will reschedule (via email) for another date. No refund will be issued, unless we are unable to fulfill our duty to present the course on another date of our choosing. If we are not able to reschedule the course for some reason, you will receive a refund (apart from any transfer fees that occured).
