Here is a complete list of recommend foods that are known to be alkaline and non hybrids, of which I did not discuss much, but will tell you now, when searching for the best fruit and vegtables to grow, I do recommend heirloom strains due to them being guaranteed to be non gmo.

OILS TO USE FOR EATING IS COCONUT AND OLIVE OIL, AND FOR COOKING USE GRAPESEED, SESAME, HEMPSEED, AND AVOCADO OIL
 

- SPICES -

BASIL, BAY LEAVES, CLOVES, DILL, OREGANO, SAVORY, SWEET BASIL (WHICH CAN REMOVE FLUORIDE FROM WATER SUPPLIES), TARRAGON, AND THYME. FOR PEPPERS, USE CAYANNE OR HABANERO. THE BEST SWEETENERS ARE AGAVE SYRUP OR DATE SUGAR, BUT COCONUT SUGAR, HONEY, MOLASSES, MAPLE SYRUP, ALSO SAFE TO USE. HONEY IS FOR REGULATING THE BIOME IN MEAT EATERS AND MOLASSES IS THE BEST FOR IRON DEFICIENCY, NON ISSUE IN MOST DRACO / RH-.
